Kurage

Kurage is an enthralling shot 'em up mobile game that immerses players in an underwater odyssey !

With 10 meticulously crafted levels, players navigate through a mesmerizing aquatic landscape teeming with a variety of enemies, including schools of malicious fish, crabs and mines. Throughout the game, players must employ quick reflexes and strategic thinking to dodge obstacles and eliminate threats in their path. Moreover, Kurage features boss fights that challenge players to outmaneuver and defeat colossal sea monsters. 

One of the most striking aspects of Kurage is its art direction; the graphics are heavily inspired by traditional Japanese printmaking, Ukiyo-e. This style lends a unique, ethereal quality to the game, with each level portraying the rich detail and texture characteristic of classical Japanese art. The combination of intense gameplay and stunning visuals make Kurage a must-play for both fans of shot 'em up games and art enthusiasts alike.

The game was developed by a team of ten students in second year of video games, in 8 weeks.
